Overview

CAB Enterprises, Inc., is the exclusive distributer for the Electrolit brand in the United States. The primary objective of CAB Enterprises is to lead the growth of Electrolit sales in the United States.


Position Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for opening and developing the on-premise channel in Los Angeles, focusing in: Fitness (Gyms, wellness studios, Sport clubs), Social (Restaurants, Bars, Clubs, Entertainment venues),Travel (Hotels, Ways of transportation), School/Work (Coffee shops, Vending, Colleges, Office buildings) and maintaining package distribution, implementing channel strategies, coordinating sales, effectively managing budgets, as well as marketing efforts with their sales and marketing counterparts and distributor partners.

Principal Duties

  • Building and developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients in Los Angeles
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
  • Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
  • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
  • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
  • Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • History of working well with beverage distributors
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player
  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales and customers.
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field preferred
  • 5-6 years' previous work experience in beverage sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
  • Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals


Travel

  • 10%
